Yes. Metro Atlanta Injury & Wellness Center accepts walk-in patients, and same-day chiropractic appointments are available at our College Park and Riverdale locations when scheduling allows.

Do You Offer Saturday or Weekend Chiropractic Appointments?
Yes. Saturday chiropractic appointments are available at our College Park location. Our Riverdale office is not open on Saturdays.
Patients should contact the College Park office to check current Saturday availability before arriving.
Should I See a Chiropractor After a Car Accident Even If I Don’t Feel Pain?
Yes. Some accident-related symptoms may not be noticeable immediately after a collision. A chiropractic evaluation can help identify musculoskeletal problems involving the neck, back, shoulders, joints, muscles, and other injured areas.
If symptoms or examination findings suggest the need for additional evaluation, we can also coordinate diagnostic imaging or specialist referrals when clinically appropriate.
How Do I Pay for Chiropractic Treatment After an Auto Accident?
For qualifying personal injury cases, treatment may be available through an attorney lien or Letter of Protection, which may allow eligible patients to receive care without paying at each visit.
If you already have a personal injury attorney, our office can coordinate with the law firm and provide requested treatment documentation. If you do not have an attorney, we can also provide referrals to Atlanta personal injury attorneys as a patient resource.
