Dr. Jones and Dr. Mensah understand that personal injury treatment requires more than simply addressing pain. Clear and consistent clinical documentation is also important throughout an injury case.

Chiropractors Atlanta

Metro Atlanta Injury & Wellness Center is Colossus-trained for personal injury documentation. Our records may include the patient’s reported symptoms, examination findings, functional limitations, treatment recommendations, response to care, diagnostic imaging referrals, specialist referrals, and other clinically relevant information.

When a patient already has a personal injury attorney, our office can also coordinate with the law firm and provide requested treatment records and documentation.

Diagnostic Imaging and Specialist Referrals

Diagnostic imaging for Atlanta chiropractic patients

Some accident injuries require additional evaluation beyond chiropractic care. When clinically appropriate, Dr. Jones and Dr. Mensah can coordinate referrals for MRI or CT imaging involving the brain, neck, back, shoulders, hips, or other affected areas.

Our doctors may also refer patients for concussion evaluation, suspected ligament instability, neurology, orthopedics, trauma-focused therapy, pain management, or other appropriate specialist care when symptoms or examination findings indicate that further evaluation is needed.

Chiropractic Care Tailored to the Individual Patient

Dr. Jones and Dr. Mensah do not use the same treatment approach for every patient. Care begins with an evaluation of the patient’s symptoms, health history, mobility, areas of discomfort, and relevant examination findings.

Depending on the patient’s condition, treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic exercise, stretching, mobility work, manual therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, intersegmental traction, heat, ice, and other appropriate rehabilitative therapies.

The goal is to provide care that fits the patient rather than forcing every patient into the same treatment plan.
